1. Slide 3 - As someone pointed out, the red square on the mini-map on page 3 is mis-plotted in BC, not AB. Perhaps they are foreshadowing? Murphy and Ovintiv Montney wells are on the BC side in the red outline. Murphy closed their Calgary office last fall and moved to Houston. Ovintiv acts like CDA is still of interest but they are in Denver now, just sold their Duvernay in CDA and focused in USA. No tears for those two.
2. Slide 4 - Right side "Return of Capital" implies what?  Here is the definition: "A capital dividend, also called a return of capital, is a payment a company makes to its investors that is drawn from its paid-in-capital or shareholders' equity. Regular dividends, by contrast, are paid from the company's earnings."

The red square (pointed out by TGC - The Great Cheadle) is right where Crew Energy operate in the BC Montney. Not saying AAV/CR is a good merger.. I think it was an IR blunder. My guess though as aforestated is that that AAV will be buying some assets from Kelt, not a merger.. Let's see what happens.
