I think it is clear AAV is selling Entropy.  AAV is gping to let Entropy swim or sink, the share issue is comin I think.  The only question to me is, does AAV maintain a stake in the new issue, I think they might.  Then again, if the market is wanting Entropy and the price is great, AAV might let it all go.

I do think AAV maintain an interest, for a while watching it, picking the best time for the secondary offering.  Either way, AAV will get a good infusion of cash and they want to now establish a liquids platform. perfaect timing.

an indicator also is when AAV announced a board of directors for Entropy.  If AAV had not wished to float Entropy as a new corp, if AAV wanted to keep it within their corp structure, then no need for a new board of directors.   Nope they are taking it public for sure unless the issue does not get much attraction but this is the perfect time.  All the e&p companies are

The last 2 days S/P action certainly confirms your concept InsideEnergy; and 3.5X (so far) this calender year is an amazing run. I think I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride.
