When everyone buys at the exact same time, it's more likely that this is either a contractual obligation, or some kind of granting of stock options that shows up as an acquisition.

************************************************************************************************************** ACQUISITION IN THE THE PUBLIC MARKET  is exactly what it says.  Grant of stock options is never subsumed under AITPM.  Can't confuse the two.
