Bill Gates is certainly one smart guy, and accurately called this Pandemic in the first place. He also seems both very knowledgeable and connected to the pharma efforts in combating Covid.
Gates just came out and said that there could be 6 vaccines in use within a couple of months. Assuming the efficacy is equally high, this has the potential to turbo-boost the global vaccine effort, and greatly shorten the timeline to achieve this.
People are patiently excited for a return to normal for the globe by next Fall. The timeline, in fact, may be significantly shorter still, which is of course EXCEPTIONAL news for the airlines.
