Wondering if anyone could provide some insight as to which party would AC/CHR benefit from libs or PC and why?

Needless to say they gain from the Liberals as they tend to be more protectionist and would be more likely to bail Air Canada out should the sht hit the fan again.  The PC would likely be more than happy to let ownership regulations collapse and an American company take over.  Also, better chance for continued subsidies for labor with the Liberals.  Needless to say this has been ...more

Makes no difference. CHR on the other hand benefits from the routes where seat capacity and frequency are not very high on demand.
