Why declining SP?

Does anyone have a clue why it's taking such a nose dive? Their latest fins weren't bad at all and projections for this year look promising. Confused here.

The whole market is declining so AC follows suit.  Market losses and what looks like a pretty sure thing now that nasty recession word will not be great for AC...
