Fuel Savings are already Piling Up ⬆️

As previously posted - recent Jet fuel weekly average price was at US$116.01/bbl. Air Canada has set its 2024 baseline at US$129.00/bbl. Each dollar difference will make a difference of CA$45 million to its pre-tax operating income. Current delta is US$13.. favourable .. so run rate of CA$585 million favourable for the year. AC fuel traders will harvest even deeper discounts as the year progresses. Conservative management.. EBITDA guidance range will be bested.
