How low it is (adjusted) ?
On an individual share basis we are at 30% above the lower 7 years low closing (12,90$). For an investor, this metric is used for calculate its return.
But in a financial basis, adjustments have to be made for dilution; there was 263 M shares in 2019 and we are now at 358 M, an 36% increase. So, in 2019, AC was most if the year around 45$ for a market cap of 11,8 B$. At 16,66$ today, the market cap is 5,96 B$ slightly above 50% of the 2019 market cap.
The 2019 EBITDA was 3,6B$ and the estimated EBITDA for 2024 full year is 3,7- 4,2 B$.
The 2019 debt leverage was 0,8x and the Q1 2024 one is 0,9x.
Half price for comparables pictures.
It's a rule of thumb method, but sometimes simple rule talks more than elaborated ones.

The point here is that we should be trading between $25-30 right now.

Sometimes, the stock market offer no risk (or so little) propositions like this. The only unknown remains the exact moment when it will rise.
