Morningside

In August Morningside Fair Value estimate for AC was $13.
In Nov 1 their fair value estimate was $17.20.
Yesterday morning their Fair value estimate was $21.54.
Current price is $22.14.
I have questioned their AC valuations in my mind for a long time.  I now feel justified in that Morningside is showing itself to be nothing more than a bandwagon follower.
AC shares were already grossly undervalued.  With the share buyback AC will reduce the share float by 10% which increases share value by more than that percentage.
Proper analysis of the numbers show the value is much higher even when there are less than 320 million shares out.  The market should see and set that valuation.
