232MW purchase

Have been doing DD on Atco for little while now but latest news has me baffled and maybe have it all wrong but, if 20MW interest in project results in reduction of $17MM in purchase price, why is residual 232MW worth so much more than $200MM??

Good point.  Suncor got the best of the deal, ATCO overpaid.  They sold their power assets which Heartland has made a fortune on in the last 2 years.  Now Heartland is selling them likely at a massive gain.  The stock is stuck.
