Holy Moley- LOL Now that is some great insight It's a good thing cash flow is able to cover distributions. Don't ya think. Just goes to show you that one really has to sift out all the B.S. from all the so called "experts" Thx for posting it though. Seem to be stuck here below 20. Need some more deals combined with collar up resets. I am sleeping a lot better with this ...more
