What do you think of the deal that AD.UN struck with Brookfield in Body Contour Center (BCC)?

It looks good; AD will convert preferred units into convertible units, get a cash payout, and earn 8.5% with an equity kicker. It is the first third-party deal for AD, and investors will love the connection with Brookfield. AD receives an annual fee and will have significant equity exposure to BCC, which has been growing very fast. We like this new approach to partnerships at AD. (5iResearch)
