$ 19.40 today. 2 TFSA accounts. Since  I sold DIV last quarter and switched to AD.UN with the stock appreciation it become my  second biggest holdings ( 10.8 % ) behind the BIP.UN followed by EIF out of 25 stocks.  Maybe it's time for some trimming. I think there is not much upside from here but still 7% yield. Despite the TSX being down my portfolio hit all time high. Can't ...more

Book value is $22.80/unit .. I'd gladly take 17% upside to book value + a 7% yield. They've also grown BV 17% in the last 2 years and have some big tailwinds with USD exposure and interest rates coming down.
