There are 3 major insiders that hold a significant amount of shares. The chief technology officer Albert Bentov, the ceo Omri Brill and a senior software engineer Roy Nevo. They do not include options or rights which are in addition to these numbers. Only 4000 shares have been disposed of by Albert Bentov during the time period from Dec 10th to Dec 15, 2020 and at prices ranging from $0.50 to $0.73. As of Jan 3rd Albert Bentov ceased to be an insider. Omri Brill has acquired 24,000 shares during  2020 and hasn't disposed of any shares. As of year end financials, there are a total of 56,329,336 shares.

IMO...I certainly do not know what the company is planning (mergers/acquisitions) but I've seen this type of structure before. The company with their cash stash could make an announcement that they will institute a buyback. It just shows the market the confidence that the company has and it will help shareholders and the company valuation by removing the shares. With such a small amount of ...more

The company clearly wants a higher valuation before they raise any money. At least, that is what they say. So the market won't give it to them, why not use some of the cash stash that you have  (providing you are going to sit on it) and remove shares from the float and retire them. Your earnings will be better, the float gets smaller and with that will come a higher valuation. That is a ...more
