Adcore at an "attractive valuation" says 5i

The following comments were made today by 5i Research Investments:
ADCO has been increasing its top-line growth momentum over the past couple of years, and its profit margins are decent. It is well-capitalized, and debt is not an issue. It is a smaller company (~$76M market cap) and insiders own roughly 75%. Q1 2021 results were positive, and the company noted that strong sales are being seen in its technology solutions for e-commerce activity and it has renewed a contract to manage online advertising for the Israeli Government. There are definitely opportunities for this company to grow given the worldwide growth of e-commerce, and if the company can continue to win contracts for advertising, then the current valuation of 3.7X price to sales is low. We like the sector and ADCO’s growth rates, and as a long-term hold, it looks to be at an increasingly attractive valuation.

Seems to be more chatter lately on Adcore. Probably because Adtech stocks starting to reboud now and growth is ''in' again. This is just my subjective opinion, but it feels like Adcore could take off again soon upon some positive news lease by the company and/or an anlayst finally writing up a report and setting a fair value price target. Maybe Motley Fool Hidden Gems will write up a ...more

I've contacted Motley Fool and they said they have no intention of covering Adcore. Not because they don't think it will do well, but because of how selective they have to be. Alot of companies to choose from.

Adcore is an undervalued hidden gem with a market cap under 100 million. The only way Motley Fool would write an article at this point would be if Adcore was recommended in one of their premium services that you have to pay for in order to receive the recommendation. I would not be surprised to see Adcore recommended in one of these sites in a few months (maybe after Q3). However, at this time ...more

Great write up Arbutus!  This company is ridiculously cheap now and buying shares today is like printing free money.  They are trading at less than 2 times forward sales which is just nuts!

Excellent write-ups by everyone ! So i, need to deploy some cash that is not currently working. I've  taken some time to figure out where and now , based on the work done here I know now where I'm going to add to first ; Adcore .  Then not sure about adding to WISH and or maybe QIS

Hi Ace, I think accumulating Adcore at current prices is prudent capital allocation. I believe Quorum (Qis) is trading at an attractive valuation but I see more value in Ackroo at the moment. Although both are competitors of each other in the point of sale for auto dealerships, Ackroo has diversified into other areas. I think you and I have all 3 of these in common.  One of my favourite ...more
