Hey kids...
Financing @ $1.33. Looks like that Billion dollar market cap fantasy is gonna be on the back burner for a while. I am sure the financiers are thrilled. Maybe Omri needs to step up his game and start talking about being a 2 Billion dollar company. Insanity rules the day!

Maggs, it's emotional investors like you that are torching the share price. We are all dissapointed in where it is currently, trust me. Problem is, this microcap stock us 100% retail investors at the moment; 0 institutional. So when people get emotional and then run for the door, or plan to exit as soon as they break even (like your last paragraph implied), then Adcore will go nowhere.

you misunderstood what I said. I didn't imply what you said had any effect, what I meant is that investors with the same emotional mentality as you are what's going to keep it down. Especially the "I want to break even and run" thought process. Imagine if everyone who is in the red currently thought like that. The resistance to go higher would be astronomical.

And for what it's worth, I also ha have my reservations about diluting the stock to fund Amphy.. After the conference call where Omri stated specifically that he wouldn't dilute without a very good reason; I thought the only valid reason would be a merger or acquisition. I was wrong. I watched a 110% return to to -7% in the span of 6 months.. you aren't the only one hurting.

Very valid point. Although I don't like the steak example. I don't approve of anyone putting ketchup on their steak, regardless of how poorly cooked it is, haha!

What has kept me optimistic that things will hopefully turn around is (1) knowing that Omri has 400x more shares than I do. So unless he's a masochist, one would hope he knows what he's doing.. and (2) the company performance. Excluding the dilution, I can't think of one aspect that hasn't changed for the better for this company since Q1 2021.
