They lack experience and aren't smart enough to hire the right staff. I wonder why they hired Martijn as GM North America when he barely has any North American work experience. Pretty much a figure head at the interview with zero energy and couldn't even demonstrate some insight by discussing business development initiatives or relationship building with the investment community.
