I agree goldstd69. When do expect to hear the results of the vote tomorrow? Aem meeting at 10 ET, Kl meeting at 11 ET. Results announced??? cleareye.

Those listening to the two meetings report that the merger was passed overwhelmingly by the shareholders of both AEM and KL. I expect that AEM should move higher now, all other things being equal. (Price of gold, exchange rates to name the two largest contibuting factors.) cleareye.

I agree, with the merger in place inflation getting out of hand the markets should experience downward pressure gold should rise in this environment GLTA

It is an incredibly bad market today with American Thanksgiving, USA markets open for 1/2 day, wti oil dropping 10%, natural gas rising, Canadian dollar down a cent, after-hours dumping of stocks in USA-probably to cover margin calls. Once this gets sorted out, possibly not till Tuesday, gold should rise and AEM with it. Was all of this because of fears of a new strain of covid? Glad I am into
