New to aem

I bought a position here today gold has never traded over $2000k for this extended period I would think cash flows are way up unless there's a surprise on expenses and production. Aem traded up to $80 and gold was around $1800. Maybe I am missing something or investors have zero belief in gold.. it should perform well as rates drop. Thoughts

For the same reasons as you, I'm optimistic on the earnings coming up, but last time, the rising costs bite, so it could happen again.  The tailwind from rates drop could be enough for the rest of the year.  Historically, gold have done very well after the first rate cut.  Hopefully, we won't have to wait long for it.
