Acting well

Over the last month, hit the 29 and change level 3 times. This when market sentiment got about as negative as it ever has been since the plague plunge in Feb/Mar of 2020.

With only 19 or 20 million shares out, this stock at a market cap of $600 Cdn or about US$462 million would make a very digestible bite, even at a 30%-40% premium, for the hundreds of billions of dollars sloshing around in private equity/venture capital funds. That money needs to find a reasonable destination; it isn't going to go into copper mining, oil & gas, or non-profitable high tech. What, then?

There seems to be a belief that farm spending for this year remains intact but that farmers ( highly indebted ) are going to be extremely cautious with capital expenditures next year, at least for the start of the year , until they can be surer about crop prices.
