Last stock in the clip; he and his family also own it personally. Rumour of the takeover offer was that it was in the low to mid $60's. He's hoping for the $80's as he doesn't think the $$60's is appropriate. Also indicated that Warren Buffet owns a similar company in this space and could be lurking in the background.
