Since this has come out so quickly there must be heavyweight insiders that oppose this deal.
They are saying it is unfair to First Majestic shareholders . Is that just the story line they want us to believe?
Could this be GATOS insiders that reject this deal and are obfuscating their identities in this manner?
Anybody see this deal as unfair to First Majestic shareholders? Why?

This seems like a huge win for all involved. If you read the investor deck on the Gatos site, the combined company will clearly be stronger than the sum of its parts. It will be a force to be reckoned with, to say the least. I'm viewing this as a path to strong growth that would otherwise have been much harder for either company to achieve on their own.
