Silver Deficit

My Comment: I own shares of Outcrop and Vizsla.  Outcrop is dirt cheap at US$0.15 and the share price, like many silver miners, languishes.  No mentionof Impact in the article.  It may require a sustantially higher silver price for Impact to even have a pulse.
