HEAD AND SHOULDER PATTERN...

Anyone have an opinion on the clear head and shoulder pattern on the 3 month U.S. chart?  It has a bit of an ominous look to it, but the price of silver would likely have to drop substantially for it to go down to where the chart is suggesting.
