Reasons for Island Gold production decrease

I was looking for reasons for the Island Gold production decrease in the financial reports and cannot find anything.  Did the management actually give a reason that I didn't catch?

You could speculate they were busy with the mine expansion at Island Gold, but that wasn't something management stated explicitly.

I found the presentation slides related to Island Gold, which also had table with stats.  Based on the reasons stated are: • Lower production reflecting lower grades and mill throughput • Lower mill throughput reflected ore handling challenges on surface with colder weather resulting in freezing in ore bins • Grades expected to increase through the remainder of the year, driving production
