take over

this could be happening very soon.
Year over year showed good growth, the company continues to slowly buyback its own stock also. The Argent transaction raised $212 million.
Just bought some more at  $1.26

Take over what?  A collection of failed businesses with zero synergies and growth profile.  Assets are flying out of the door faster than Putin is deploying troops. Argent is a train wreck at $5.99.  Take your losses from $1.26 my friend.  Tough business to be in.  Buy IGM
