Brian Arrested In Finland For Fraud ?

That sounds nice, but I think it's a bit far fetched from a grumpy customer.

Justice appears to be happening!

"Information has come to light that Brian Wesson has been arrested here in Finland and in Finnish "vangitsemisoikeudenkynti" which means "Imprisonment Proceedings". It is beleived that it will be a "Fraud" trial and held behind closed doors, no outsiders or media will be allowed in. In Finland this means that it is very serious when handled behind closed doors! This has not been reported officially by any media yet and it is understood that there will be an article published next week after Monday because Monday the 6th (December) is Independence day celebrations here."

The thread is also on CEO CA and one poster said the boys are not even in Finland at the moment so you just have to read further and make up your own mind, or wait for next weeks news.

Looks like shares are halted and the company has filed for Creditor Protection..  So who knows how this play out since if you check the profile on yahoo, it is now in restructure mode with all the players seemed to be replaced.. More or less..  Interesting turn of event.. Game over for OTSO.V .. May be.. Considering the debt load..

Is this related or detrimental to Almonty? Wesson was involved in Wolfe before the Goodmans correct?

it has no more impact on us, thank god!!...it's just something to remember for those invested from the woulfe days. we can consider ourselves lucky to have the Almonty team take over the mine years ago.  if this guy was still in control we would probably still be nowhere in the design with xx numbers of PP's behind us with a billion outstanding shares...with a financing of 15% being

This may explain why Brian Wesson couldn't get any financing or traction for Wolfe Mining 12 years ago. The word was out on this guy but us small time investors didn't know, but we did know Sangdong was a winner.
