He ignored the pronounced financial closing. Drawing another big pie. Could we finish the first goal please? BTW, for the additional 50m, do we need to do refinancing? Longer time?

I suspect this is still very close.  I assume this would need to be completed by end of next month if full payment or at lesat part payment is due when all the equipment is delivered onsite.

Ilovegame, what do you mean with "he ignored ...financial closing" ? All steps for the KfW-loan for the Sangdong project have been taken, the only thing missing is the actual drawdown of the funds from the bank into Almonty's project account. i can understand that it is difficult for some to comprehend the project financing process. For those who don't understand financing, well the one number that sums up Almonty is rate of the loan i.e. the Rate of Risk which is the 3 month Libor Rate plus 2.5% which equates to approx 3.5% The experts have analyzed Almonty and given then a very low interest rate because the probability of failure is extremely low and potential success is extremely high...... Nuf said.
