Nice Move With a Very Tight Share Structure

Doesn't take much volume to move the share price when of the 213,486,376 shares outstanding 91,329,790 are owned by three entities Lewis Black, GTP, and Deutsche Rohstoff, none of who will be selling shares anytime soon and one Deutsche Rohstoff, who just did a placement for another 2,494,118.

 

Another 8 ish million are owned by other insiders and my assumption is these and many held by other  long term holders like myself are not available for sale until at least the full value of three producing mines is reflected in the share price and more likely will be held for the dividends in the years to come.

from the fact sheet the free float was 49%   183 million shares  ..  now 20 million more shares .. but think most of this  was not free float .. so the ratio should be even lower ..  ridiculously low .. which is interesting and unusual   in a good way.     Lewis is balls deep in this  .. workin for the shareholders .. because the

There is too few shares for a company of our potential size with an extremely low daily float.  As long as LB continues to grow Almonty, we may be in a position for a stock split which would give us our daily trade float.

It is surprising how much the share price has fluctuated over the past 4 days. These shares aren't tightly held, they are Extremely Tightly Held.  Its a good indicator the share price will pop and hopefully to a new high! I just complete the purchase of my last block of shares.

Institution probably won't take an interest until its at least $5 a share. Then there has to be a sufficient number of shares available for them to purchase to make it worth their while (i.e. we need a stock split). And the final kicker will be dividend payouts.

Talk about a tightly held company mostly by insiders. Agree with most of you that "Almonty" is notably undervalued considering the   Power House Leadership group of Directors. Noticed that Merrill Lynch has been accumulating a bit of shares; Will the shareholders have a positive suprise at the upcoming AGM, June 30, 2022. Should be an interesting AGM with a lot questions from

Hats off to management. Rumor has it they are already looking to raise another $100mlion+ for more North American property acquisitions.  $5/share isn't far off if tungsten prices continue to hold above $300 ;-) cheers to all my longs
