From the report: "Nevertheless, we continue to assume a CAD15m capital raise by the end of this year to cover working capital requirements." I assume this is the reason that the share price is remaining at these very low prices with constant resistance of going back to where it was (which Mr. Black said he fully expects it to go back now that Dundee has finished their sell off).

Also from the report, to futher my thinking: "The proforma number of shares rises because of the  above-mentioned July option issue and also because the CAD15m equity issue which we  assume by year-end will be more dilutive at the current share price that at the share price at  the time of our most recent 25 July study (CAD0.88)."

Numbers on the stock is not my forte. My take on the physicality of the project proper-ish :- - Money is being drawn. - Equipment is slowly being delivered to holding yard and site. - A hopefull approval from the bank for the $50mil loan for the nano project. :- Equipment unpacked, inspected and repacked. - If not now, then 3 months or so to start the earth works and concrete for the process

One recent poster said :- "On schedule on budget. What a totally joke the CEO is.". That is the typical comment from some one who will never understand or be a CEO. It is so easy to criticize while sitting on the sideline, but could you do better ? I would say NO. You are not qualified for anything, but maybe a bloody whinger. Lewis is spending the most part of his life now on Sangdong
