What Is This Place ?

Google Earth :-
37°08'20.04" N 128°48'29.26" E

3 kms SW of Sangdong mine and over the mountain range into a similar valley.
Two very long concrete structures and a road that disapears into the Western side of the next mountain.
Zooming down to street view you can see how massive these space age looking buildings are.
Street view is older than the top view.

Sage4hus, are you still with us ?
Can you tell us if it is a hotel of some sort ?
And what is the main attraction for this area.

According to google maps, one of the buildings that hasn't been built is called "campground" As for the two massive buildings, they are owned by Almonty and they look like a storage facility. I think this is the location where the miners will camp and sleep.

Thank you all for your research. That explains the massive beauty of the two space age looking concrete buildings, and the reason that there is really nothing in the area to attract tourists. May be that road that disappears into the mountain side goes into a natural lime stone cave ? Meditation ? Hug some trees ? Chill out ? My father was a chemical engineer, and he took me on many camping ...more

I think any hotel would  be very excited to have a new large employer nearby. Hotels typically make more money from having higher occupancy. More economic activity and people in the area should be a benefit for occupancy.
