Probably most frustrating stock

amongst all the dogs of penny plays that I hold ..  Mainly because I own a ton Almonty..  sigh.. 

We are due an update.. Lack of one is a bit worrying because construction of a far-ing plant alll the way to commissioning is when the risk is highest despite LB's often quoted 'generation of Tungsten experience'

I hope that Black's career highlight on Almontys road to sucess isnt just spending 2 years to get a great financing package, then the actual nitty gritty work to get construction done and open a mine just falls apart

I think there is zero chance this falls apart. I think there is no way we get a $75 million US loan (that took a lot of due diligence) on a mine that will fall apart. We've already drawn enough of it, and I can't see work continuing as it has if there were issues. Also Korea Telecom wouldn't waste their money/time with a mine that was falling apart. @Chizzles............ I agree There is no chance this will fall apart.  It is a big project and is taking more time than LB initially planned for.

The goal posts keeps moving away, but not into a "vanishing point". Something is going on that we are not yet privy to. That realy sucks. If there is no NR on Sangdong before the October IIF ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

October sounds a bit late. If I am not mistaken the Q2 earnings report will be out in about two weeks, they better include an update of the Sangdong project.

Not to add fuel to the fire but you have to remember I am in the same boat as you all. You remember in early July the announcement of the installation of the LTE based communication system in a 1.6 km stretch of the mine and that they also announced they would have 16 km done by Sept. My question to this board was how long were the tunnels within the mine?  Well I found that ...more
