i don't fully understand what black is telling us about panasquiera. I'm guessing it would be an offtake with the US governament with money paid upfront for Almonty to do the required work

My guess is that the U.S. Govt would provide  loan financing or a Bank guarantee to Almonty to open up level 4.  Lewis mentioned that the capital they had was being used to open Sandong and without some external event  the work on Panasqueira would have to wait.

Is it possible that is what the current raise is for? The NR states that it is for general working capital, but if Sangdong already has the money from the drawdowns, what would this be for? It is a couple million dollars.

Sounds like LB has a lot going on and could use some help in getting things done.  He did mention in a previous presentation that he needed to expand the C suite but looks like he's too busy to do even that. He definetly feels like he needs to fly under the radar though and it feels like he is trying to avoid potential environmentalists or other groups who might oppose the project

Many thanks for the link 1dollar. Los Santos will continue to process the tailings while non esential equipment items will be dismantled and moved to be used at the future Val project once the paper work is done. For the tailings recovery they only need the process plant items, so everything after the mills will stay on site and the big chunky items :- primary jaw crusher, secondary/tertiary
