So RBC did most of the heavy lifting today buying around 60% of the total shares traded.  $555,000 in value

The MD&A does not seem to say anything about additional drawdowns form the kFw loan
Comment by TwelveBagger on May 14, 2024 6:37pm
"The Company is in an exciting phase right now with the build-out of our Sangdong Mine being in full swing towards completion of construction, with drawdowns on our KfW IPEX-Bank US$75.1 million loan facility being received on time and as planned and with the 7th and 8th drawdowns about to be called imminently."
Comment by whoisyourpapa on May 14, 2024 7:00pm
So to be called imminently but not yet done. . . Thanks twelvebagger
Comment by rockminer56 on May 14, 2024 7:08pm
This "imminently" report has now been going on for at least 5-6 weeks.  I'm not impressed.
Comment by TwelveBagger on May 14, 2024 7:10pm
My expectation is that it'll be announced after 8pm  (fingers crossed)

I'm thinking before market open tomorrow. If I remember correctly, a few years back, I believe that they posted financials (a loss) one night after market close, and then posted a good NR prior to market open the following day. Strategic. And I think it did well that day. I could be wrong also, but that sounds familiar to me.

Nope, still complete silence, disappointing. Looks like the seller is still on the ask attempting a wall at 0.70 with 100k shares, also disappointing.
Comment by TwelveBagger on May 15, 2024 9:16am
With any smidgen of volume or continuation of yesterday we should breeze through that. Come on LB, drop good news for us
Comment by whoisyourpapa on May 15, 2024 9:22am
What's dissapointing?  We had great volume and moved up .07 yesterday.  That's good progress.  I'd rather news be put out after the seller is done personally. . .  https://ibb.co/wLZS8sf

The L2 support is still fantastic. 1,016,500 shares on the bid from $0.57 to $0.70. Over a million shares!
Comment by TwelveBagger on May 15, 2024 9:41am
Not to get nitpicky but would be great to see our support move their bids up as well! Some at 0.57, 0.58, 0.59 to 0.71 would be awesome lets hope for more volume!
Comment by rockminer56 on May 15, 2024 10:56am
I think the market is just digesting the big run up to .72, and the volume yesterday. With the support noted above it doesn't look like it will drop back to the .65 level, and we should expect the price to be closely maintained or a slower but upward movement until Lewis comes out with his announcements,  at which time it should jump. I do believe he is smart enough to delicately control ...more

Same pattern seems to repeat itself.  Has been happening since February Higher than normal volume day with appreciation in share price.  Next day pullback on share price with consolidation.  Then trades marginally up and down with normal to moderate volume, mostly sitting on the bid waiting for sellers to unload in to it.  Then next leg up with another high volume day etc ...more

The problem in life is that some people cannot accept they are wrong (Telemoron immediately comes to mind!). So whoever this seller is at Velocity (I suspect LB knows) is either one of the dumbest traders of all time because his selling is just plain reckless or he has a point to prove and will, as my mother used to say, cut his nose to spite his face. Whether he is just dumb or just emotionally ...more

Ths brings back memories of when the closing of the approval of the KfW laon was "imminent" for about 18 months LOL But we got through it and we'll get through this too whois

Ok genius when the bulk is the project finance loan for the Korean build and the balance which is friendly ( hence the extensions with no increase in terms) then the company is building with debt rather than equity for growth. Because you wish the failure of the company so you can have your gotcha moment doesn't mean it will ever happen and after more than 10 years of you trying, I still ...more

You said : "I am pulling for all you loyal shareholders," Then a few days ago you said : "As I have ststed before, I am neither short or long Almonty. Staying tuned to give all you sophisticated investors a reality check." What a joke from you. And a few days before that you said: "the point is there are lots of moly deposits around.
