I don't expect much until there is a NR. But, I am happy if it stays at this level until there is news.

Really curious as to what happend to the Pana Level 4 deal with the EU that was supposed to be announced by the end of July latest.  LB was confident enough to start the L4 work before a signed deal so I imagine its still a go? whois
