In what can only be described as a repeating pattern Velocity has lowered their ask twice with their most recent 50K share block, from .93 to .88 and then .85 where they got filled today.  If the same pattern continues we should see an uptick in stock price next with the possibility of testing new 52 week highs with Velocity reappearing with their next block of shares.  Its like buyers
