That's odd

Why would we suddenly have such a huge spike in short stock?  Someone trying to keep it down?

This smells like the monkey business LB always talks about. I'm buying tomorrow and I hope some of you join me so we can put this guy in a short squeeze.

Anyone buying at these levels is almost guaranteed to make at least a 100% annualized return in or by Jan 2025  whois

Whois, do you think this will reach $1.66 or higher within two months? I hope your right, but I was thinking longer than that.

I agree there will be a price jump, but I believe it will be more, closer to the $2.00 range or above. Remember how quickly it jumped just before the last IIf meetin, about 9-10 cents, and that was without any news, just speculation...There are a lot of people watching this stock (in my opinion) and as soon as they show a picture of a completed structure, and the corresponding confirmation that ...more

I think your numbers are very realistic rockminer Not sure if my math is right but the way I calculated the minimum 100% annualized return is as follows: 10K shares at .82 is $8200 investment Sold at $1 in January gives you $1800 profit $1800 divided by initial investment of $8200 gives you 22% return on your money which I multiplied by 6 to get the annualized return of 131% for a stock held for ...more

I don't think US Election outcome should change Almonty's prospects in any way but no doubt in my mind, with all the changes to come in January, who is to say, even how the civil servants and the whole process of grants/commitment etc. will be impacted..   I am talking about likely funding etc. we were hoping/expecting..  Mind you, EU is a better bet in Portugal...  ...more

Well China is almost certainly going to cut tungsten exports as part of its trade war with Trump's America. The US will continue to need Tungsten from somewhere. Although they may be dumb enough to tariff exports from South Korea and shut down their government for a prolonged period so that no deals can be made.

Whois,  I would not be concerned with the half million (499,505) shares showing up as "shorts" There is a second use of a short sell which is used by some sophisticated Investors or Portfolio Managers, who may use it a a hedge against the downside risk of a long position........ It probably costs a bit but is some protection.....
