There are benefits and drawbacks.  Makes the stock more attractive to institutions that may not otherwise be allowed to buy a penny stock.  It enhances the image of the stock.  But it can be seen as a sign of weakness.  I doubt they do it this close to their issuance of new stock but I can see it in the future.  I've never liked the fact that they have pretty close to ...more

Sorry but no, just the share price does not make it more attractive to institutions, they require market capitalization and volume to take positions. Oddly, one of the "problems" Almonty has had related to the investment banking world is that they haven't needed their help for accessing $. If you aren't generating fees for the investment banks then they aren't interested ...more

They just announced they are moving their head office domicile to the USA but will keep listing in toronto and Australia ....for now....  No way they redomicile without a plan to list in USA. There is no legit market for penny stocks in the USA. Nasdaq requires $4 minimum per share stock price at initial listing. There are exceptions down to $3 and $2 if they have sufficient cash flow, market ...more

One thing to consider is the startup of Sangdong while they are moving the domicile next 3 months..  So let's say they have a start with low commissioning during this period and by summer the plant is fully commissioned and churning out a lot of cash.. From building to Operating will give the share price a boost for sure if the startup goes up smoothly..  So by summer IF and WHEN ...more
