Sigh ... Saudis are either complete morons, or are in on whatever the plan is.  They are down $5M of their $50M investment, so either they are morons for not kicking up a stink, or they are complicit to whatever the plan is. The NCIB is a great value at this depressed price, but seems to be doing zero for the stock. It's the Saudi's that are keeping me in, just hope it does not turn

I know something about their views. Like others, we wait for the new model in which the $500 million or so cash is invested in safe cash flowing solid businesses in which our $500 million or so of tax loss  assets  will eliminate the need to pay earnings, thereby converting Ebitda into pure free cash flows. If successfully completed, it will transform the operating earnings of Aimia
