I held AIM a number of years but dumped it when Mittleman joined the board and it seemed that the desire was for AIM just to become an investment arm for Mittleman Bros.. Seemed too cozy and now the complaint is that Mithaq wants that same cozy relationship. Ironic!

I think Mithaq's role as a watchdog of Mittlemans' investments should be good for Aimia investors, no? Clearly Mithaq is not afraid to issue press releases anytime they feel that the Mittlemans needs to be criticized.
