WHATS GOING ON HERE !!!!

With the great news this week this stock price should be soaring. The board has to at least issue a one time dividend when this sale finalizes. We need this stock price to increase to reward us loyal long term investors! That is just my thought on the matter.

I agree with you the shares should be much higher on this liquidity event, as any competent management with their background would have the ability to grow and compound from here and create a double digit stock price in a short amount of time. A dividend is absolutely not the answer however because it would simply create a taxable event for the shareholder which also reduces the share price ...more

I would normally agree with you in a world with no short sellers and the stocks being manipulate by other forces.  I also own HCG and I understand its not the same industry but it does draw a comparison of sorts. HCG like AIMIA use to pay dividends and that is why investors were attracted to the companies. HCG buys back significant amount of shares and as of yet has not reinstated the ...more

With exception to the preferred stock (which poses no liquidity strain on the company beyond its nominal interest and tax costs), this is a debtless pile of cash and assets. The proceeds from the PLM sale, together with its existing cash, is enough for management to easily grow this many times over if invested smartly.
