Out right  unforgivable.. complete and  utter BS . Who do they think they are helping and offering dividends on something that has no  future right now. They have destroyed some and ruined others . Pieces of sh --it

They're paying dividends on preferred shares - which is an obligation, not an option.    Aimia has many problems but paying the pref dividends isn't one of them.   They better have something of substance to say when (if?) they release Q4 results.   Wonder if we'll see the COVID lows in the meantime.  I've been a bit surprised by the slow

"when (if?) they release Q4 results"  Yes.  Last year they PR'd on March 1st signalling the earnings release on the 16th.  This year silence.  There's no way that there could be any discrepancies or irregularities in the Indian unit, so what could be the holdup?  Mittleman and crew always used to come up with the numbers, and it almost seemed easy.

Right.  This is the first audit with Bozzetto and Tufropes.  Makes sense that they would be a little slower than last year but we haven't heard anything since Feb 20 when they said "Details on the timing of the Company's fourth quarter disclosure will be announced separately."   If they don't announce a date this week (presumably for last week of March
