ALA will never get out of this range

There isn't even a hint of life in SP leading up to the purportedly good earnings coming out soon (at least that's what the pumpers would have you believe). Then there is the puny-dend, and years of bad management that have left a sour taste in legacy shareholders mouths. Once they get close to their self-imposed "break-even" points they will be out, so expect selling pressure every time ALA shows a bit of strength. Then there's that brilliant WGL acquisition. It should do just fine when interest rates start rising.
