Comparing ALA with INE and BLX

INE and BLX are renewable energy stocks, and they've had one heck of a run long-term. They are taking a breather now. ALA is a gasser and has had a long stumble down hill (YES it has pumpers; look at the chart). ALA has remained range-bound for over two years. What do you think ALA will do when the war on climate change intensifies? How do you think renewable energy stocks will respond?

Through utility lines, of course.
