I'd view that as hardly positive for a gasser like ALA.

Today is Earth Day.  I  find it odd the Biden made no mention of a Carbon Tax.  Canada has a Carbon Tax.  Biden can reduce GHG by 52% without a Carbon Tax.  Trudeau can reduce  GHG by 40%  and been working on the issue for 6 years longer.   I  guess a Carbon Tax  in not  an efficient method to reduce GHG  by  the looks of it? ...more
