I agree how you summarized the memories on old ALA ....  In my opinion,  there were points of time during the old management  , there was a "cowboy" kinda of management style ... heading east and overpaying for WGL....  With retirements on both the BOD and C Suite executives.  With the naming of CEO Randy Crawford , It has taken time to put his stamp complete ...more

after picking away at this for the last several weeks i added a bit more this morning and now it's time to sit back and relax.  in a perfect world the share price would go up 5% a year and the div would increase 5% a year so i could sit back and watch it grow for the next 20 years and have zero anxiety.

I was around then and we did overpay WGL and  had to sell some great assets but the plan was to have mostly a regulated utility with predictable and stable growth.Ripet and Petrogas have done so well that we are now driving down debt faster than expected.We should have regular div and share price growth going into the future and hopefully see $30 again in a couple of years.
