Chokepoint
And that is just another reason why rail only is not the smartest and most efficient way to
move gas or oil. The product is getting moved but if you want to have a vibrant expnading
export market to tap into higher prices in Asia, the need for a pipeline is just screaming to
be built. Its almost deafening but the Feds and natives and the eco groups are simply
tone deaf. This is insanity compounded. Gov't needs revenue so will increase everyones
taxes, yet will not facilitate a pipeline that will generate millions in tax dollars.

Bushmann I disagree. Native involvement in the energy sector in Alberta and BC is legion and the entrepeneurs among them are crying for opportunities in the pipeline sectors. it is only the native people whom are lied to by the self-serving environmental NGO's that pose opposition.

In that case, ALA could invite a native enterpreneur to sit on the board of directors. The natives then could scream discrimenation, if their favoured transportation method would be opposed by the treehuggers.
