Nice results, just as laid out in the previous guidance if not better. Mountain valley got positive regulatory review - positive. 

No new CEO.

Anyone listening in to the Conference Call?

I haven't listened to the CC yet, what do you mean by "no new CEO"? At the moment, or Crawford decided he would stay?
