.. I am not the only person thinking that if a missle flys over japan .. gold would go through the roof and years ago it would have gone much much further than it did... gold has in my humble opinion has and is losing some of its shine... its almost like people these days, you have to hit them over the head with a sledgehammer to get a reaction of disgust... gold these days even though higher takes alot for some movement in comparison....... signed relatively speaking

There is some truth to that... cryptocurrency is becoming more and more accepted, is it the future? one would guess yes, so where does that leave gold... tangible, rare, usefull, yes but what is the future going to say about this metal in an increasing crypto world.... signed who knows..

Cryptos may go a lot higher but the writing is on the wall.   Eventually they are going to be hit very hard when people try to sell and they find there is no liquidity with few buyers.   Governments can't afford to lose control and will try to cash in either by taxing them or by shutting the existing ones down and creating their own. https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-08 ...more

The only reason to do this is so that they can collect taxes on capital gains and regulate (ie control) Bitcoin. IRS announced that it had developed, with the help of bitcoin security firm Chainalysis, a tool to unmask the owners of bitcoin wallets.
