Upset shareholders

Everyone, should participate and prepare to fill a proxy or come in person to the next general meeting to have this management acknowledge that current direction of ignoring shareholders won't work anymore.

 

Share price got a big hit in July when they sold shares for a big discount regardless of shareholders value. We need to ack putting our interest as a shareholder instead of payroll.

 

We don't get any dividend from this company and the old person who is benefiting are CEO, executives, and board who deliver nothing to shareholders.

 

Do remember we need to ack in the next general meeting, we need to fill proxies to steer this company in the right direction.

Agreed. The ineptness and arrogance is rampant. Management doesn`t know how to raise financing. They don`t know how to communicate with Bay and Wall St. I want them all to resign. But that is feasable. They should sell the company to Torex or Lea gold. Both of these juniors are next door neighbors. I mean they know how to do this. Award themselves millions of options and then sell.
